This program gives you access to 4 personal training sessions per week, and is designed to improve your athleticism, increase explosiveness, increase speed, build lean muscle mass, and reduce body fat mass. This package includes a total of 48 sessions. You will be billed on a monthly basis for 16 sessions at a rate of $75/session.
